You retain ownership of content you add (e.g., client data). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

The rules for using RenewIQ. Please read them carefully.

1. Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
3. Acceptable Use
Don’t abuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or spam activity. You must comply with laws when messaging clients.
5. Integrations
Third-party integrations (email/SMS/Discord, etc.) are subject to their terms. You’re responsible for using integrations in compliance with those terms and applicable law.
6. Service Changes
We may modify the Service, discontinue features, or apply usage limits. We’ll aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that reminders will always be delivered or acted upon.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenewIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in Moldova have exclusive jurisdiction. (Change if your company is registered elsewhere.)
